The building is located on Konya Highway, near three automotive showrooms. The building rises as an office block above a commercial volume on the ground level which stands in harmony with the nearby showroom buildings.

Four transparent ‘cubes’ breaking off alternatingly on top of the commercial volume, green terrace gardens resulted by these alternating cubes are the main architectural features that characterizes the building.
