The site is in a privileged position at the intersection of İncek Boulvard to Çayyolu. Features of being next to the green areas in one side and surrounded by streets on the other sides are considered as design inputs.

To emphasize the position, a mass of building with a symbolic feature is aimed. The designed tower has views to the lake and Alacaatli scenery. The form of two arces which are complementing each other has been provided with an emphasis on the core of the simple approach.
Thus, the symbolization of the city silhouette has been aimed.
